It's no secret that these days are very draining. You probably feel very sad and tired and like life has no meaning anymore.
And while you should talk to a therapist or to some of your loved ones (they could surely help you better than a stranger on the Internet), I have some tips on how to feel like yourself again.
WATCH YOUR COMFORT MOVIE/TV SHOW
I don't care if you have already seen them and you have other things to watch. We all have those movies/tv shows that make us instantly feel better. Watch them!
For example, my comfort movie is Captain Marvel and my comfort tv shows are Brooklyn nine-nine and Avatar: the last airbender (and also the legend of Korra). And what I do when I rewatch them to feel better is skip the sad episodes and usually watch my favourite ones and the filler ones (in these series they're really *chef's kiss*).
DRAW SOMETHING
Even if you aren't good at it, you should try. Use your creative spirit and just be freeee! You won't regret it.

READ YOUR FAVORITE BOOK
This is pretty self explanatory and even though you have read it already a million times, if it brings you joy why shouldn't you read it again?
PUT ON A COOL OUTFIT
I know you're not going anywhere, but who cares? You're doing these things for you, and if you're going to create a cool outfit, why shouldn't you wear it? You look good and you're going to feel good too!
LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE SONGS (NO SAD ONES)
You should listen to the ones that make you feel good and energized. For me they are the ones from Hamilton (the Broadway musical), but I skip the sad ones. So I basically skip the entirety of act II (if you know, you know)

GO OUT (IF YOU CAN)
This could be difficult, but if you can try going out in your garden (if you have one) or even your balcony. Or if you really can't, try opening your window to get some fresh air.
And there you have it friends!
I hope my tips helped you, take care of yourself!
Byeee.
