Another week has passed and we're back with the climate updates! This is "Let's balance out" and you'll read one good news and one bad news about the climate crisis. Shall we begin?

BAD NEWS

Apparently eating organic meat is just as bad for the climate as eating conventionally farmed meat.
Beef and lamb have a similar climate cost, chicken is slightly worse.

The emissions come mainly from manure, and from the methane generated by burping cows and sheep.

GOOD NEWS

Even though it suffered a big break-up, the Antarctic iceberg A68a is still very thick.
It is now split into three pieces, following lines of weakness that have been predicted since 2017.
