how to create your own stickers

Do you love stickers, but don't want to spend 20 euros for just a couple of them? Do you have commitment issues for when it comes to stick a sticker somewhere? If you answered yes, then this is the perfect article for you! Today I'll show you how to create your own stickers!

Firstable, what you'll need to do this diy project is:

- a pair of scissors

- clear tape, the wider the better

- waxed paper/baking paper, or whatever surface that you can peel tape off of

- some images you like

Print an image you like on some paper and cut it the way you want to. Here I'm using a picture of Maleficent, which is one of my favourite Disney villains (a really important information). Then cut a piece of waxed paper, making it a bit bigger than the image you chose.

Now stick some tape on it, covering the entire piece of paper. Then put your image over it.

Now put another piece of tape on top of everything, so that the image is kinda like the meat inside a sandwich of tape (don't eat it, though).

Next peel the "sandwich" off of the table you're working on, making sure that the wax paper stays in its place. Then cut the image and leave a bit of space around it; this way the sticker will stick better.

Now you have your sticker! Time to stick it somewhere! Decide the place you want to put it in and keep reading!

Now that you've found the place, peel the waxed paper off the back of the sticker and then stick it!

And there you have it! A beautiful and personalized sticker that you made all by yourself! (with my help, of course, but still, you did it!)

By the way, this is the video I took the inspiration from; it shows some pretty cool diys that you can do with the stuff you already have at home!

If you have an image that's wider than your tape, you'll need to put two pieces of tape on it in order to cover it completely. Just overlap the pieces a little. (The girl in the video explains it a bit better).

You can stick this stickers everywhere, from your boring calculator...

To your phone...

And even your laptop! (I'll admit I went a little crazy on this one, but I think it looks really good!). But beware, I didn't make all of them, because I've always been pretty obsessed with stickers, so I already had some.

And another bright side is that you won't deal with stickers commitment issues anymore! You'll just create various duplicates of stickers!
